Hawaiian Maple Pizza

Hawaiian Maple Pizza


  • 1 refrigerated pizza crust
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened, cubed
  • 6 slices Cloverdale Maple or Hickory Smoked Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cloverdale Ham, cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in pineapple juice, drained, patted dry
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 T. maple syrup, if desired


Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly spray a 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll dough and press onto bottom of pan and 1/2 inch around edges. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Spread with cream cheese and top with bacon, ham, pineapple and red onion. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 6 to 8 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted. Drizzle with maple syrup, if desired
