Tangy Caprese Pasta Salad


  • 1 16-ounce package pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 8 ounces Cloverdale Tangy Summer Sausage, cut into triangles
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, washed
  • 1 8-ounce package fresh mozzarella cheese cut into triangles
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette


In a large bowl, combine pasta, Cloverdale Tangy Summer Sausage, grape tomatoes, mozzarella, red onion and basil. Toss to combine with vinaigrette. Garnish with basil. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
