  • 1 lb Cloverdale Bacon
  • Leaf Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tomato
  • Pepper
  • Wheat Bread


Cook the Cloverdale Bacon in a large, deep skillet and cook on medium-high heat. Turn occasionally for about 10 minutes until it’s done. Slice tomato, rinse lettuce, set aside. Toast bread until desired crispiness. Spread mayonnaise onto toast, sprinkle pepper onto mayonnaise, place tomatoes and Cloverdale Bacon onto half of toast, place lettuce onto the other half of toast. Place both halves together. Enjoy!

    I purchased a 2 lb 12pak of your beef franks. It says that they are hickory smoked but I wasn’t sure if they need to be cooked before they can be eaten. It says no where on the package fully cooked. Also I tried to use your contact email but its fields wouldn’t let me enter any of my contact info or message. I was able to enter it through your recipe leave a comment. If you could let me know if these are fully cooked, I’d appreciate it.
