- 4 Slices of Cloverdale Bacon
- 1/4 cup Dried sweetened cranberries
- 1/2 cup Pepitas
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Lightly salted almonds
- 1/4 cup Pecans
- 1/4 cup Pistachios
- Preheat oven to 425F, place a sheet of parchment paper on baking sheet, lay Cloverdale bacon on parchment paper. Place in oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown or desired crispiness. Drain bacon grease and pat bacon with a paper towel. Tear Cloverdale bacon into bite sized pieces. Combine all ingredients. Place in jar or bowl and keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
