New automated shingle food service bacon line increases shingle bacon capacity by approximately 8 million pounds annually.

New fermentation rooms added overall factory smoke house capacity.

New summer sausage automated hanging line increases our overall capacity of summer sausage and improve ergonomics for our employees.

Expanded kitchen area by approx. 8,000 sq feet of processing area.
