Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ham face down in roaster or roasting pan. Add ½” water and cover with foil or cover with roaster lid. Bake at 350°F for 25-40 minutes or until center of ham has reached an internal temperature of 160°F on a meat thermometer.
