Cooking Instructions

Stovetop: Fill medium sized pot halfway full of water. Bring water to a boil. Add up to 10 franks. Let franks boil for 5 minutes. Remove pot from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.

Pan Fry: Place frank(s) on medium skillet and cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes, turn and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Grill: Bring gas grill to medium-low heat. (If charcoal, wait until charcoal has started turning white before adding franks.) Space franks evenly on grill surface and cook for 5-7 minutes. Turn frequently to ensure an even cook.

Microwave: Place one frank on microwave safe dish. Place paper towel over frank and microwave for 30-50 seconds on high. Carefully remove dish from microwave using pot holders. CAUTION: Dish will be very hot.

Note: Due to varied oven types and microwave wattages, cooking times are approximate.

Hi, I recently had Your Sausage Links at an Izzy’s Pizza Restaurant Brunch Buffet, and OMG!! So delicious!! After visiting Scotland, I thought You couldn’t get a decent sausage in the US. But yours are just like the Chipolatas that they sell in Scotland at the Tesco! I’m in Oregon and would love to purchase these. However the information is wrong on the Website. Coastal Farm and Ranch do not Carry them, unless Buzz is purchasing them for himself at home! I wouldn’t blame him! ? Anywho can I have the Links delivered? I couldn’t much info on your website but called the number listed in another comment but think Y’all are closed already! Thank so much! Doreen.

Hello there! We are glad to hear you enjoyed our product! Can you clarify which product you are inquiring about?

    A question and suggestion
Are the “Old Fashioned Franks” in the old fashioned skins that pop when bitten? Made in intestine.
Perhaps “collagen casing” is just that?

All 4 questions above relate to where products are available. Suggest putting a Search Engine
for where products are available, similar to many Companies. If you are a Order Only Company, then state
    that on your Website.
    Thanks

The collagen casing that is used on the Old Fashioned Franks is not derived from intestine. Thank you for reaching out!
