Tangy Summer Sausage Dip


  • 1-1/2 cup Cloverdale tangy summer sausage, diced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour cream (8oz)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded (8oz)
  • 1 cup Chopped seeded tomato
  • 2 tbsp. Green onion, sliced
  • Cracker for serving


  • In a large bowl, combine the summer sausage, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese and tomato. Refrigerate until serving.
  • Sprinkle with more summer sausage and green on
