Ham, Bacon and Pineapple BBQ Quesadillas

Ham, Bacon and Pineapple BBQ Quesadillas

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 16 slices Cloverdale thinly sliced ham, sliced into strips
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 8 slices of Cloverdale Applewood Smoked Bacon, cooked crisp
  • 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Place tortillas on work surface. Place ham, cheese, pineapple, cilantro, and bacon on four tortillas. Drizzle with BBQ sauce. Place remaining tortillas on top.

Place a medium saucepan over medium heat. Melt butter in pan and cook tortillas until golden brown. Remove quesadillas from pan and place on cutting board. Cut in quarters and serve.
