Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Slice Cloverdale Tangy Summer Sausage into 1 1/2 –inch thick rounds.
Slice dinner rolls in half, but not all the way through. Place open on serving platter. Place lettuce and pickles on top half of dinner rolls.
Place Tangy rounds on grill and cook 2-3 minutes or until warmed and grill lines form on first side. Repeat for second side. Use tongs to remove Tangy rounds from grill and place one on each roll. Close sliders and serve immediately.
