I bought a Cloverdale Teardrop Ham UPC code 200442521259. The comments above say gluten free but the packaging on my ham doesn’t indicate it. Can you confirm that it is gluten free? Thanks

Hi Kristi – yes our Teardrop Ham is Gluten Free. There are regulations on labels that prohibited us from putting it on these labels in the past but when we order new labels Gluten Free will be printed on the label.

      Hi Paula
The local Walmart and Sam’s Club carries some of our products, you could check with them.

From what part of the pig is the teardrop ham cut, or is it a press of various cuttings using a binding agent?

I bought 1 for Thanksgiving this year. Do I need to do a glaze or cloves or is it seasoned.

      Hi Mary
You do not have to season our ham if you do not want. It is fully cooked already. But here is an amazing glaze recipe to make our ham a little extra special for Thanksgiving.
Apricot Glaze: In a small saucepan, combine 6 oz. can Apricot Nectar, 12 oz. can Apricot Pie Filling, 2-3 tbsp. Ground Mustard and 1/2 c. Brown Sugar. Also add a pinch of Nutmeg and/or Ground Cloves if desired. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly for approximately 5-10 minutes. Brush ham with glaze and continue baking uncovered for 15-20 minutes brushing occasionally with glaze.
