Heat grill to medium high heat.
Place skillet on side burner of grill (or if you don’t have a side burner, use a heat-proof skillet directly on grill grate.) Melt butter in skillet. In a large bowl, whisk together, eggs, milk, pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder and chives. Pour eggs into pan and cook until just set.
Heat Cloverdale Cheddar Brats directly on grill grate until heated through, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.
Place tortillas on grill grate. Top each with a brat, an even amount of eggs and an even amount of cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Fold in half and place on serving plates.
TIPS: This recipe can be made entirely gluten-free with the use of corn or gluten-free tortillas.
